Herve tells me that Dubai World have failed to enter an appeal against the Court's decision to find in favour of Herve against their claims of fraudulent and negligent misrepresentation.

The final date to enter an appeal was yesterday.

Herve has deliberately been keeping a low profile but is now free to talk about his exploites in the emirates and his experiences with DW's lawyers.
Another book? I'm not sure, but a film, most certainly.

Escape From Dubai can now be downloaded from Amazon to kindle for the price of $11.49, I'm not sure how much that is in real money.

Thanks for that Caps! I'm sure when i was browsing Amazon I saw Herve's download for $11.49. At $9.99 it's even more of a bargain.
