I'm moving to dubai. I've arranged an employment visa from a small company in dubai, the contract is that, they will give me an Transferable iqama/NOC papers, i.e. release from that setting job.
then, i can search for work whereever i can get the suitable one for me.
I've searched for internet and get some information about dubai working rules. some forum information is
I've to work for 1/2 yr in my first company, as that is my first year in dubai.
1) Transferable iqama/azadi ... its ok in Saudi Arabia, Many people working in this visa, IT people/engineers.etc.
is this system applicable also in dubai ?
2) My employment papers (red paper from MOL)says : visa published from dubai MOL. is it possible for me to work in abudhabi,sharjah and live there also ?
3) offices/companies allow the NOC paper holders for jobs ? can i resignate my job if that not suits me if needed after 6 month or 1 year ?
