I think Herve should have met Branson before he considered his original move to Dubai! Jet-like sub? hasn't our intrepid sub-mariner already got one of these? He could still do a deal with RB although Virgin Oceanic’s budget of $10,000,000 would need to be seriously looked into, small potatoes for Herve!

Virgin Group founder Richard Branson, said on Tuesday he planned to explore the deepest parts of the world's oceans with a jet-like submarine.

The 18-foot vessel is capable of descents to more than 36,000 feet below the surface, said Branson at a news conference in Newport Beach, California.
