I'm Thinking About Suing CAIR

I'm thinking about suing CAIR Apr 03, 2011
I'm planning on writing to CAIR to inform them the Koran incites people to carry out acts of violence. (Who isn't aware that the Koran is used by some to carry out violence anyways?)

They'll surely be informed of the consequences of what they're doing if they aren't already.

But, nonetheless, CAIR will continue to hide under the First Amendment and distribute Korans.

If someone ever receives a Koran from CAIR (or anyone else) and commits an act of violence in the name of the Koran, can I represent the family of the victim(s) and take them to a civil trial and sue their pants off? What about criminal court? Should I also be writing a letter to the attorney general's office to inform them that CAIR and any random publisher of the Koran is indirectly responsible for any future acts of violence that are committed by people who cite the Koran as justification for violence?

What do you think?

Have I just struck potential gold?

Now what can we do with flag burners? Or poppy burners? No doubt if someone killed Muslims in Leeds because Muslims burned poppies in London, the poppy burning Muslims will be blamed for the killings.

After all, we can't hold individuals responsible for their own actions. That's why we don't have free will.
