Hi,

I understand that the apartment rental rates in Dubai have fluctuated quite a fair bit over the last 2 years.

Can anyone advise on the current rental rates for 1, 2, & 3 bedroom apartments in Sheikh Zayed Road area, Bur Dubai area and Jumeriah area?

thanks for the feedback. As most of the classifieds does not provide much details such as name of development and rental rates, they usually ask to contact for a quote. I am not in Dubai now. Will only be there in 3Q2006

1) Where will be a convenient/good place to stay if i am working near the airport?

2) Can anyone recommend any 1-2 bedroom furnished apt with basic facilities e.g. swimming pool, gym in SZR, Bur Dubai, Jumeriah areas or Marina area ? And their corresponding current rental rates.
