Hi,

I'm 19 years old, male, white British (not immigrant), sick of Britian, been to Dubai 3 times, no qualifications other than basic secondary school ones, hard working and prepaired to work for half decent pay, £10,000 in bank account.

How good are my chances of getting perminant residence in Dubai or a work permit? And how could are my chances of finding a job?

Sad to say but probably slim. You're young, with no experience and low qualifications. For many jobs here you need degrees which the ministry will attest.

You're only young, why not go to Uni for a few years and get qualified in something you want to do.
