hello all
a newbie to cars...want to ask a couple of questions here...how impractial is it to get a classic 67 mustang in dubai?...does anyone know where (i heard al awir, you can)...does the mustang dealership here deal in that?...i am sure the used cars garuntee and first time insurance etc will put me to a bigger disadvange...also can one buy a used mustang from the US and have it shipped here...any personal experiances of that...any help on how to get about doing that?

I did a search for you, I could only find one old ad but you can use it as a pricing reference for what is out here in the UAE.

How impractical....

Well, very impractical..

1) i think you will only get 3rd party insurance
2) will not be financed by a bank and it is expensive if you found a good one
3) service!!!! wonder where you will find a specialist
4) parts, will have to DHL everypart and it will cost alot of bling blings
5) GCC specs, i mean.. hot weather, old car, hope you survive.
6) Find a good one, you don't want to flush your money down the toilet. to find a good one, better be tested by a specialist. Easy if you are buying from the states.

ON THE OTHER SIDE.

Might overcome most of the above points if you are using it as a second car and have a spin with it every once in a while and when break down, you are not in a hurry to repair it.

And if you have a lot of money to spare.
