If you have own car/renta car then you can consider my appartment in AL-WARQA. Isolated from dubai crowd but easily reach to Deira/Bur dubai within 15-20 min.

This is spacious 1 BR appartment fully furnished and i am living alone.

Rent will be 400 dhms /week.
