true, but b12 shots are advised if you have a combination of other disorders, the fruit juices is a very good suggestion chocs

Sorry to clarify, I don't mean the injections. You get tablets of B12 - they are pure immune boosters.

As i mentioned, instead of getting pure vit tabs which is also effective, the existing herbal remedies are also effective, minus the associated side effects

I swear by green tea - it's so good.

BUT I like the pure powder from Herbalife - you can't get it here unfortunately, so I have to get friends to bring it from Thailand.

Oh i am unaware of this powder, my regiment is usually a combo of green tea and overdose of fruits actually

haha , Regular chai my friend only serves to keep you alert , no doubt indians are tea addicts, but unfortunate for them , that they dont like colored teas, Have to respect the chinese though , they're the real geniuses

I love the chai with all the spices. Once you have had homemade/properly made chai nothing compares to it. Yum...

Ah ! Reminds me of Shankar, our base incharge. He would put in a kettle on the morning with some of his secret spices and it would keep goin until late evening. Ginger, cardamon, cinnamon and someother stuff. Was to die for !

Many of us would drop by even on days when we didn't have work just for the chai, he would always pretend he got buggered by al of us dropping by and force him to make tea ! But in the end he would give in and put the kettle on.

Made the best hommus and lamp chops too.....sigh ! The good old days.

I know! I've tried to replicate my friend's homemade chai and mine still sucks. I do love chai tea!
