Oh no mate, French Canadians are not considered Kosher, I've even heard the french say they can't understand a word what you Quebecious are on about with that Cannuck French ! :D

I beg to differ DDS! DD does count in my book, if he can do a French accent, he is in with a chance.

BB - I agree, small cases under $25k are quite commonly dealt with on a contingency basis, but we are talking about, in my opinion, far bigger numbers here, so the equation changes.


I was addressing this from your post:

And as to contingency lawyers (no win, no fee) they don't really exist, except in either class action cases or "ambulance chaser" cases.

In each instance we found the lawyer, they didn't find us. :)
