I'm heading a class action for compesation for all the sun burn and skin cancer caused by her sun ! Also can she shine it a little less here, had enough already !!!!

P.S : I am claiming ownership of the entire universe, save for the sun, too many legal complications with that !

Yes, this is a good story and it's also nice that she very generously wants to give most of the royalties collected from the sun to charity. Trouble is that possession is 9/10th's of the law. If she can't take posession of her new sun, then how is she going to get any enforcment?

Incedently the man who has been selling realestate on the moon is brilliant. I'm planning on buying my children some realestate on the moon to get them thinking about science and legal concepts.

Anyway Zubber, of you're serious, there is definatly a business opportunity for selling the naming rights to stars and I am serious. NASA already sell the naming rights to unnamed stars, and there are already resellers who offer such value added services as making nice certificates.

If you want to get in on the intergalactic realestate market, you could try something novel like a more upmarket service to help people locate and observe their stars once they have bought the naming rights.

It now transpires that her lokal partner has taken 51% of it so in fact she owns actually only 9% of it.

Build in the cost of borrowing and the bank will own her share in about 2 years ......

Ah life in Dubai, god I miss it, not a lot.
