- B.Tech/BE, preferably wit MBA
-6+ years in MEP Projects
Experienced in handling a team and HVAC.FIRE FIGHTING , ELECTRICAL.
GCC experience and a valid GCC driving license
Role Purpose:
-To Managing an MEP project according to the budget as well as workmen ship without compromising the quality of the work execution.
To Manage and MEP project from the stage of estimation, costing, planning, scheduling, designing, execution of the project, arranging inspecting by client, consultant, and authority representatives in various stages, testing commissioning including handing over the project within the limited time and budget as per the approved pre programmed project schedule.
Managing the site while coordinating with civil contractor, consultant, client and sub contractor’s representatives etc…
Managing all subcontractors under the MEP execution team
Experienced in handling a team.
Salary - QR 10,000/- - QR. 15,000/- all inclusive package
