So if you have the following, then i would be interested:

b) financial records for an established business
c) work ethic
d) professional
e) not greedy

Are you still looking for a business partner?

Do you know specifically in what you want to invest or you are just one of those I want to be a boss. Similar to those 21 years old idealistics? You must have your own view of business, work experience in domain, clients ready to be imported. If you have these your post is interesting. But even then you need to expect the same things from your partner in investment. Other then that anybody can send you some plans and ideas and an account where to put your money and later a T-shirt with the appropriate message
