This would certainly help the plight of the Choirboys and the Parish Widows against the predatory ‘Celibate’ neighbourhood Catholic Priest, also interesting to note that Pope Benedict has declared that the ban on women being ordained as priests is ‘Permanent and Definitive’ thereby prohibiting any debate on the subject!

No particular interest other than that of an open discussion of subject matter that has been so often brushed aside or swept under the carpet in the past and Nuns I’m sure will be made more than welcome to the debate!

I wonder if it will make a difference. It seems to be an abuse of power rather than an issue of s.e.xual frustration. Priests could be out having secret rendez-vous with prostitutes, but instead they abuse children. There is something more to the issue.

More revelations of abuse tonight on the news. A sorry state of affairs for the Catholic Church. These allegations have over shadowed the Pope's visit to the UK later this week and the visit does not appear to be very popular with the majority of the population. There are many tickets are left unsold for his appearances around the country. The press is also making much of the fact that the Pope was a member of the Hitler Youth. Apparantly the Pope is a very shy man. His advisers should do their job and he should be denouncing the priests involved in the abuse scandals.

It s me, because it is like a good ol' boys club that do what it takes to protect the brotherhood, not the innocent victims.
