I’ve been watching the talk between Israeli prime minister and Palestinian president. And just couldn’t help it but to think how peaceful and prosperous the two countries and the region as whole would be if those two counties have achieved a last peace.

Jews people + Arab people= innovation and e-commerce

From the bottom of my heart, I really hope they’ll achieve a peaceful settlement once and for all.

What’s your thought about the outcome?

When they announced the talks I said:

The solution everyone says they are aiming for is clear: 2 state solution and final status agreement on the main issues of i. borders, ii. Jerusalem and iii. refugees.

Let's see how much of the 22% of the land captured in 1967 is negotiated away or swapped, whether Israel will give up the illegally annexed East Jerusalem and how many refugees are allowed back (on both sides).

I predict it will be a drawn out negotiation - but I suspect the usual spin won't be much use this time round. Let's see. I'm hoping for the best.

So far, I haven't changed my predictions.

Shafique my friend, You are right

I also think that peace would’ve been achieved if it was up to the Jewish and Palestinian people, but unfortunately it has been up to some outsider groups whom have been trying their hardest to make sure peace is unachievable between Palestine and Israel, in order to advance their weird Biblical ideology.

Take for example, the Evangelical right wings Christian in American. These extremists have been pouring millions of dollar yearly into Israel encouraging them to build settlements on Palestinians’ lands. This is in order to drive Palestinians out of Palestine.

Why, you’d ask!

Well, these scumbag extremists believe that the ingathering of Jews in Israel is a prerequisite for the second coming of Jesus. This belief is primarily associated with the idea that Evangelical Christian should actively support Jewish, along with the parallel idea that Jews ought to become Christian, as a means fulfilling a Biblical prophecy.

In other words, Jewish people have been used as scapegoats by the Evangelical right wings Christian and others in order to advance their f....cked up agendas. And that’s why Peace will always be hard to achieve as long as the Jewish people keep listening to extremist groups like Evangelical right wings, who with no doubt dream of the day where there would be no Jews.
