For me it would be a comely Italian for the Kitchen, she would be the Chief Cook and bottle washer, cooking dinners ‘Just a like a mama use to make’. Then it would be French for the Boudoir, with the responsibilities of providing a relaxing atmosphere for de-stressing after a busy day in the office with the added responsibilities of maintaining the wardrobes. During Winter, the French and Italian characters could swap roles and responsibilities, (especially on the particularly cold nights
)
Then an English woman to maintain our social calendar, ensuring we were always seen in the right place, with the right people, at the right time, with her quintessential, impeccable style, airs and graces. After which would be a German secretary who would control my business diary, and would organise me and my working days with the typical Germanic efficiency of Deutsche Bahn and the timekeeping precision of a well oiled Swiss Watch.
Then last but not least, an American, to patrol the grounds at night and deter unwanted visitors, she would snarl and grimace at the uninvited, pick fights with passing strangers and be generally phobic and anti-social.
