There is a huge difference Kanelli, between intentionally misspelling to disguise foul and vitriolic language, and the mispronunciation of words to infer a double-entendre, the first usually being intended as anger, antagonism, insulting, blasphemous, and accepted generally as an incapability of the authors to adequately express themselves, the second being a Tongue-in-Cheek, Sense-of-Humour.

Strangely enough DK and I were discussing Allo Allo only this week, due to his French Connection. A true classic.....................

Jeremy Lloyd, who wrote 'Allo 'Allo and another classic British SitCom 'Are You Being Served', with script partner David Croft, famous for writing Hi-De-Hi and Dad's Army, absolutely nailed the single most important element of 'Allo 'Allo, which at the time of airing was initially considered in bad taste and possibly insulting to the Germans, (Fawlty Towers had already received many complaints but was on BBC2 and therefore considered 'minority viewing') that being the use of stereotyped accents for the major players. Yet they were all speaking English...

The kicker came when they portrayed the English themselves in the shape of Officer Crabtree and also the RAF escapees. A touch of genius to make them speak seemingly bad French or impossibly British English!

How can we ever forget the picture of ze fallen Madonna wiz ze beeg boobies?!!!
