I need an advice regarding my officemate's current visa situation--please help

1. She resigned from her previous company
2. got 6 months ban after resignation
3. finished 6 months ban outside dubai
4. got back in dubai after 6 months ban
5. obtained tourist visa
6. overstayed for 2 months
7.got an employment visa from present company
8.almost 3 months overstay now

What shall she do by now , she is however willing to pay for the overstay penalty ...
Should she go directly to the immigration to pay??
and does she needs to go out of dubai after paying the overstaying fee?
is it possible to get a ban because of overstaying??
