I was driving along SZR this morning around 8:30 and saw a family of ducks stranded on the side of the road (around the Metropolitan) outside the left lane, people were slowing down to look at them.
It was a mother duck with about 6 or 7 of her ducklings, I hope someone called the appropriate authorities to come over and get them to safety, none of them were hurt when I looked.

I'm still wondering how the heck they got there...

I heard it on the radio as well, someone will have some good soup later.

Q: Why did the duck cross the road?

A: To see his flat mate!
