Been away.

Now I am back.

Hope to have time now to be a little more er..active.

Not going to waste my time dragging through the millions of posts since i went to the Dark Side, so will content myself with scratching the surface over the next few days.

I suppose I should start by asking how everyone else is...particularly you Arnie?

Well the story goes something like this: After 2 years banging my head against the Great Wall of China with one company, my business partner and I decided to fly the coop and set up a new venture just over 1 year ago. This was just after the financial crash and we were a little nervous of the outcome, but we worked our little buns off and the rewards were a very successful 1st years trading but it took its toll on health and relationships. I had one crash and burn big stylee and the aftershocks are still being felt in Chile! The young lady in question is currently residing in a secure institution in Europe, wearing a designer strait jacket and barking at the moon...

Its kept me away from my main passions: Skydiving (hadn't jumped for over a year!) but that is rectified. Riding my motorbike (that is also rectified daily!) indulging in many of the infidel activities hereby listed on my profile...all rectified too! I am glad to report that normal service has been fully restored!

The health took a punch just before one of our major events when I prolapsed a disc in my lower back (still have no idea how it happened) and spent several months going through treatment. Have to say the sciatica and pain associated make childbirth look like a papercut! Probably.

As for the fines, yes mate they are all sorted. 6 hours in the RTA fixed that so I will save that tale for a full on swingeing princess rant in a separate post!

The growing enterprise has allowed us to take on some bodies and so I find myself with the occasional minute or two of spare time and will therefore spend that fruitfully abusing the membership of this here forum!

if your prolapsed disc was as painful as mine then you have my sympathy. Yup the sciatica is painful but i got a great hint how to stop it. You just lie flat on your back and sleep with one leg up in the air with your knee bent backwards.

Heres another tip - think very carefully if you need it operated on - seriously mate the aftershock from the operation pain wise was bleedin horrendous.

My suggestion - a mixture of pethadine and tamazepam does the trick, if the doc says its not a good mix then just go for the diamorphine

You haven't missed much. Pretty much every post ( and most pobally this one aswell ) goes down the drain by the DB brigade led by their clog wearing leader Rogue G !

But mmmmmmmm!! I'm curious about the story of the poor girl who ended up in the cuckoo’s nest???

I have a feeling the slipped disc had something to do with that story!!!??? .. !!
