informer affair embarrasses Hamas Feb 25, 2010
GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip – Claims by the son of a Hamas founder Wednesday that he was a long-term spy for Israel exposed a new side of the Islamic militant group's vulnerability and punched a hole in its meticulously groomed image of secrecy and discipline.

The spy affair comes at a time when Hamas is still reeling from suspicions that Hamas informants helped Israel assassinate a top Hamas operative in a Dubai hotel. The back-to-back scandals were sure to leave Hamas leaders fearful of their own and ever more painfully aware of how capable Israel is of reaching the inner circles of their organization.

I say good luck to the guy - he's converted to Christianity and living the high-life in the US (in California, no less) at the moment. He's got a book coming out and there'll always be people willing to pay him for his stories.

Seems like a good way to get rich. Perhaps Herve can take a leaf out of this guy's book ;)

Cheers,

Good on him for what he has done. As a good Muslim, saw the truth of Christianity and converted to it from a religion that he was less attracted to. In truth, many Muslims are converting to Christianity on a daily basis - I know of two former Muslims, one from Malaysia, who actively post on another forum I contribute on too - their knowledge on Islam is incredible. They are very decent people who, like this man, were troubled by the inherent militancy of Islam and educate others on the dangers of Islamic militancy and the Jihad.

I applaud this man for the numerous lives he saved while working for the Israelis by preventing Jihadist martyrdom seekers (Koran 9:111) from detonating their explosives on Israeli beach fronts, clubs and buses.

You make some very good points dear Sheikh.

It is indeed something that more Palestinians should do - move to California and become rich. It sort of disadvantages those Palestinian Christians though if the benefits only go to those who convert - perhaps you'd advise them to become Muslim first and then convert?

(But then again, most Yanks believe all Palestinians are Muslims anyway - so they could just smile when they are asked when they converted).

Actually, come to think of it -what a great way to get Palestinians into America!

"inherent militancy of Islam", "Jihadist martyrdom seekers"

Eh these are the old fashion terminology propagated and used by the nations/people who shape the world order...

This is why...

"Islam teaches that no nation should transgress against another nation, nor should one state transgress against another, but that nations and states should cooperate with each other for the purpose of advancing the interests of the whole humanity. It forbids some nations and states and individuals from uniting with each other in order to conspire against other nations and states or individuals. On the other hand, it teaches that nations and states and individuals should covenant with each other to restrain each other from aggression and to cooperate with each other in advancing those that are backward."

The bad news to you is that it comes from the people of the movement you don't much like...How ironic?

When are you going to be a good sheik and tell us all about the truth eh?

Interesting views, berrin. Do you have any views on Qadianism and its founder - who claimed that he was a prophet *after* Muhammad and that he was both the Mahdi and Messiah?

So you *do* believe that this man is the Mahdi and Messiah and a prophet *after* Muhammad - along with his claims that he floated from a mosque he built in India (to resemble a mosque in Syria) that no one happened to witness?

LoL!
