Some good shots, are they still working to complete all of them? I know the Atlantis is finished of course.

I am aware that they are working on completion of the Kempinski...not aware of the other properties. Assume they are delayed.

You may try booking from a company called Arabia Horizon... they do lend a private boat...

Thanks for the link but it appear that the site is more land based and that they only have one large ship. My uncle actually has a yatch here (at Dubai Marina) and I was just messing around.
