Anyone who dabbles in drugs in the UAE asks for everything they get.

I know this chick who used to live with a guy who went out with the girl who used to have "the bunker" (long gone bar). Anyway this guy got busted for a small amounts of narcs and as she lived with him, they took her in as well. She sat in a cell near trade centre round about for 3 months, before she was questioned, then sat in a cell in Jumeriah ladies jail with 50 hookers, a hole in the floor and a tin cup to wash her arse for another 3 months before it went to court. She didn't know anthing about any of it but it certainly changed her life.
But if you're keen and don't mind the prospect of being in a single cell with 50 hookers, for 4 or 5 years for the sake of smoking a spliff. Befriend a local, they've got what ever you desire.

If you go looking for drugs in this country, you're just stupid. Get busted, 4 years no questions asked, plus as has already been stated they can and in many cases will arrest anyone associated with you. People that dabble in that stuff in this country are well worth staying away from.
