Infusion Development is a dynamic IT consulting and software development firm with offices in New York City, Boston, Toronto, London and Dubai. Founded in 1998, the company has enjoyed significant success since its inception, growing steadily while building an impressive client list that includes the world's largest banks, government agencies and hospitality companies.
Currently we are looking for a young dynamic and presentable female – high preference given to native English speakers – who can function as PA/Project Coordinator/Admin in a fast paced demanding environment.
Character of the candidate: innovative, energetic, takes initiative, able to think and plan ahead, has a great business acumen, also highly flexible and knows how to accommodate both the requirements of manager reporting to and the client.
Experience and work requirements: 2-3 years experience, with strong admin skills. If you have worked as events coordinator or PA under a senior executive, this experience would be of great use to you. You should be able to type fast, understand the key elements of a business meeting and take notes accordingly, write reports, presentations, and summaries. You also need to be able to multitask and work effectively with colleagues and clients at the same time.
IT knowledge: you don’t need to be an IT guru, but keep in mind, we are an IT company, therefore business meetings would all be IT related. You need to be an efficient user of MS Office, Internet, etc. and pick up software development terminology fast.
Outlined requirements: female, native English speaker/or have lived in a native English speaking country for at least a few years, highly energetic and presentable. University/ Masters graduate. The right personality and attitude, as well as work experience are equally important.
Work location: though Infusion Development is based in Dubai, most of the time you would be at the client site in Abu Dhabi
