Liberal and conservative are two relative terms. If you look at reformation and EDITED reformation is liberal whereas cathetic was conservative. If you look at modern faith and reformation, modern faith is liberal whereas reformation is conservative.

In this world, some people would like to transform and changing the world; whereas some people resist the change.

For Obama, he is still the president-elected, he has not yet in office. Just give him some time, perhaps you will have different view after a half year for Obama in his office.
