Heard via boss that a western lady who was getting bullied on the road, flashy flashy etc, pulled over to let the guy pass, saudi stopped as well jumped out of car, ran around to her car and hit her in the face.

Some emiratis saw whats was happening and came to her help and the guy was caught! Which was really nice to hear.

BUT he saudi was bailed though and has now left country

It is both sad and encouraging to hear the news - sad that the feather got away with it, and encouraging that news about locals is positive here - especially as it was a case of another Arab against a westerner.

It's good to hear the good news stories once in a while (concerning Emiratis).

Sorry RT, but just because you heard the story from your boss, it doesn't mean it's true, or that it happened this way!!! It's best to post only stories that are documented or can be verified.

Did you boss witness the incident? And if he did, how does he know the guy was a Saudi, and how does he know the guy was bailed out and then he left the country??

The police here do not allow people waiting trial to leave the country. Before getting released on bail, his name would be flashed to the Immigration Dept. , and he would not be able to leave the country!

By the way, I'm not defending the Saudis. I could care less what his nationality is!!
