Dubai IT jobs have been increasing for the last few months and the Dubai IT jobs market looks set to continue strengthening. Yes its been hard for the last twelve months but Dubai is still the IT center of the Middle East and as the Gulf picks up further in 2010 so will the job opportunities for Dubai based IT jobs. IT employers in Dubai are still looking for employees with exactly the right skills at lower salaries than they paid in 2006 but the tide is turning.
Even thought the credit crunch has crippled some financial services companies a number of investment banks and hedge funds have been opening offices in Dubai. These companies have been hiring IT staff with knowledge of specific applications used in financial services on very handsome salaries. Recently packages with basic salaries of US$190,000 plus housing, travel, four weeks holiday and schooling have been offered to experience IT staff in London and New York for moving to Dubai.
