Employee Termination

Hi.

I would like to know can a company terminate an employee based on attendance ( it is not true) without giving any warning?

from labour law, if you were absent without valid reason for 7 consecutive days or 20 non-consecutive days in a year, then you're breaching article 120. means the company can terminate you without compensation.
