Well there are ways to buy loyalty. If the employer just treats you like a paid employee then yes. If he/she/they take intrest in you just beyond the work place maybe. I mean geniune intrest, not just benefits and perks. This can hard to do in big enterprises, but on small scale bussiness I dont see why not.

Like my dad's. He had only two employees and was on a one to one basis with them. One worked with him for over 25 years and the other for 15. There were a few in the middle who just came and once they were establsihed in the UAE left for better jobs some just couldn't handle it here and went back.

But in the end Majority are A.Holes and only do everything just to protect their own intrest.

Money is very important,but its not omnipotent !
