i am 27 years.
i need to do circumcision. because when my penis fully ercted not retracting and very painfull if i try to pull foreskin.

i belive i can't have love unless circumcision done.

Please any body share your experience of circumcision and advice me where to do? how much will it cast me? and how many days should i have holydays to do?
