hello!
Have a question from Dubai newbie (me). I’m about to rent a flat, but the agent says that the owner is not in the country and there is an option to sign the contract “by fax”. They claim it as pretty frequently used option. What would be your advice on it? Is this really working scheme over here?

P.S. Agency is Bristol Real Estate. Any feedback is very welcome!

just for future n00bs (as me when I was asking the question ) - remote contract signing is normal practice here. My particular case worked out well.
