Happen to come across this thread few days ago and glad to know so many cheese lovers here.

I am making some cakes for my colleagues for Ramadan and plan to make some spare ones for cheese cake lover in this forum to try and comment on it.

I used to supply cheese cake to cafe in my country and is planning to start the business in Dubai soon for cheese cake lovers once i have settled down. Have been in talks with some cafe owners here, once everything is in place; baking will kick off.
