If I'm not mistaken there was similar plans in the UAE as well...where all bachelors (apparantly a bad word) were to be shifted to some city in Mussafah? And confirmaton on that?

The nuisance value of a few villas full of bachelors in Dubai can be dealt with as simply that, on a case by case basis against individual complaints, no law should be put in place to discriminate against single guys.
