Stinky Foo that's me? (Sob)

A quick rundown.
Had classes  Did'nt have ma car today  could'nt catch a cab  had to walk  it's a brisk 20-25 min walk  as I near the class I realise I'm a disguisting, stinky mess :( was an important session and had to attend

Now 99.9% of the time I'm extremely well groomed, guess $hit happens 0.1 % of the time.

So for some reason I'm sweating like a pig and stinking even worse (at least I thought so). Beautiful babes in crowded class (sob). While everyone was extremely cordial, my ego was in the dumps.

So how bad of an impression have I created? And what do tha women folk think bout aromatic and deliciously wet ( ok,ok it's the opposite ) men?

LOL

Your sweat would have been fresh not stale, some girl might even have liked it....

Welcome to just another plain old UAE summer. we all get caught like that occasionally, there's no way around it unless you are rich with your own driver.

I remember once getting stuck in sandlot parking behind Bank Street years ago. I spend 20 minutes trying to shift my car (not 4x4) until some nice local guy came along and towed me out. I was dripping and still had to go see my accountants. :D

Just goes to show you need a 4x4 in UAE even if you never venture offroad, for the sandy parking lots, kerb hopping to get out of a jam and just to scare the bejeepers out of little white bashed up sunnys with a hardhat in the rear window driven by a south indian moustached fellow driving at 60kpn in the fast last of Dxb AD highway ! :D

These things happen, not much you can do about it. Sweat itself doesn't smell, only when it comes into contact with bacteria on the skin. Carry a deodorant with you or some scent for these kinds of trying times.

How I wish :P

The women where I study are a mix of the nerdy kind (who walk around with an air of uttermost seriousness, you know the kind with religious ringtones) and the stylish kind clad in couture (I believe their abayas are classified as haute couture?) who probably spend a good chunk of their day getting primped. Hope my state of un-desire and shabbiness did'nt give them nightmares. :D

Yeah a little driveby while dropping a few grenades around you. I like to see you 'jump the hump' every once in a while.

Good for kicks.

Coming back to the topic, hey SH referring to ur earlier posting, I reallu don't think the femmes are impressed with bodily odour.....Not here at least, where they probably associate natural smell with scented wood burning......

LOL, they always do it, just like if you saw a Daytona Orange Bentley you'd say OMG!!! :D

Emirati girls think that sweat smells like oudh? LOL!

Maybe it's just gym girls that like the smell of fresh sweat on a man then (real gym girls, not some of the padded posing princesses you see here in their rhinestone studded leotards walking at 3 mph on the treadmills, careful not to break out into perspiration. ;)

Women and their antics, I tell you! It's funny how important first impressions are when in fact they reveal the least about one's personality!

Hon, body odor tends to make a strong first impression. Kinda says something about personal hygiene, which is part of one's personality. I am sure that your little faux pas was just a one-off seeing as how it got to you first!!! It seems it bothered you more than the people around you.

Most people who lack in their personal hygiene clearly aren't aware of it.

Don't sweat the small stuff. LOL
