Beware! My friend recently bought a laptop from Plug Ins, all packaged as new, but when she got it home and started it up, it already had a user id, passwords and added software. Obviously it had been previously sold, returned and the store tried to pass it off as new.
She took it back and kicked up a stink and managed to get her money back and went and bought the same model somehwre else.
This is not the first time this has happened at this chain. They very often take back faulty goods and just put them back on the shelves for another unsuspecting consumer to buy.
Just beware.
