There's no inferiority complex nor is there an "incentive fee" as such.

More the fact that you get a better salary/package, as you are being pursuaded (expatriated) from a different economic (western) background with higher wage rates etc. So you wouldn't come to Dubai/UAE if you were going to be taking a step backwards in your pay check - just doesn't make financial sense.
