i paid for a car in Dubai, but firm didnt ship a car to me .

What should i do ?


Hallo !

my name is Eldar and i got one general question about car dealing in Dubai .

U know , i found one foreign firm in Dubai that sells cars .

I had ordered one and paid , but firm didnt ship a car/or any documentation about deal .

I attempted to contact with firm many times , but it didnt response to any of our notifications about contract binding etc.

Could YOU please suggest any futrher actions for us in this case ? To what organizations we need to appeal to sue this firm and return money ?

First of all, where in the world are you?

Didn't you get any documentation before sending money?

Do you have any documentation at all? Will be very hard to prove anything without.

Do you have receipts for money transfers/cash/cheques paid?

You would need to contact the police regarding this and open a case against the company.

Im currently in Kazakhstan .

I got all documentation / receipts / transactions etc (verified , vaild , and legal ).

U know i sent an email to dubai poluice departmetn , but they dont response .

Additonally i appealed to NBD (national bank of Dubai ) that has been proceeding transactions via seller and me . But they cannot talk with me if imnot a NBD customer due to **high level of security and confidentiality ** .( ps I must ergister and become a customer of a bank) .


What else should i do > ?/

ps maybe can somebody contact with Dubai police department representing me and explaining my situation ? cos u know my arabic isnt so fluent .

What is the name of the company and did you actually verify they are a ligitimate bussiness and not some scam artist. How did you hear about them, Any links to their websites emails etc etc will be helpfull.

i think its legitimate business , but u know probably he has been shutted down or negotiator was fired . So maybe this is the reason of ingnorance from arasme.

Did you call them before sending any money?

Yeah , i did call them . but they just dont response.

and i think they deliberately hide themselves from them clients .

I am relocating myself to another country and was willing to sell my car. It would be really appreciated if anyone could help me in selling my car.
