For some reason I can't seem to find my thread. Last I read Chocoholic and Misery C Life had posted. Just want to say thank's guys.
I guess women are pre programmed to desire really tall men then....
It sucks because women like me as the so called friend and that's it.
And why is everyone in Dubai so damn tall. It's just geat that there are Filipinos around, atleast that saves my ego from the garbage bin.

Hey dude, you intitial thread was quite a hit.
Your line on Filipinas was hilarious. Nice to see to adding humour to ur predicament.

There were quite a few nice posts in ur initial thread actually. There was this one by Bora Bora, which you missed. Chck it out:-

"Hey Razmattaz, I'll tell you a story.

My step-father was shorter than my mother. When they went out, she wore high heels. She stood erect and was the proudest woman being on his arm. He was always very proud to be with her. As my mother told me: "In my eyes, he's a giant." My step-father was one of the most elegent gentlemen one could meet. A fine man who possessed all the wonderful attributes that a wise woman would look for in a man. The love they shared wasn't based on height. She always felt that she was the luckiest woman in the world to have met him.

The right woman will see your attributes and see you for yourself. A few inches shorter doesn't make you any less the man you are. Nor would a few inches added make you a better man. You just have to wait to meet a woman who knows this.

Look at it this way - for those who can't get past height, it's their loss.

Just get out there and find other ways to meet people. The bars or clubs are the last place you should go looking to meet someone."

I know it's one of those dream like scenarios of perfect bliss, that seem so unattainable. But don't we love hearing bout them.
Wish you all the best dude.

 Thanks. Its not to say they didn't have their moments!! It would certainly have been dull if there were none. No perfection there, but a huge amount of respect and love.

If you want to see women get over their "height issue", tell them you are independently wealthy, have more money than you could spend in 3 lifetimes and watch them fall all over you!!

Good joke but speaking seriously it's the words I'd like to avoid to say and I appreciate my woman that she believed in me in time when I couldn't say that.

On the other hand I was always tall and fit due to everyday voleyball games.

That was my point, Chief. You shouldn't have to "sell" yourself to someone.

Here I am again, another date. An Indian girl from Mumbai. An old acquaintance. I managed to convince her we'd go out and have a good time. I'm sure we'll have a decent time and I'm also sure she'll keep nudging me every now and then with womanly 'OMG he sooo cute' everytime we see a tall guy. I've learnt to live with it.

Let's see how this works out. Misery C Life said it calls for a change in strategy. I'm working on it. Since I'm good at sports I'm going focus more on sports oriented dates like swimming at the beach, hit the water on a water scooter, I did check out a few dance sessions as well, free body dances.
Ok so that's my cue to leave!
PS Bora Bora's story was dreamlike. I guess that's the endavour. Me and someone like Bar Rafaelli? :D
