hi everyone! i'm working here for 8 months now as housemaid. my employer loose his job & they are planning to cancel my housemaid visa & send me back to my own country..i have questions as follows:
1.) Is housemaid visa really not transferable just in case i found another employer? because my recent employer has been telling me my visa cannot be transferred only has to be cancelled.
2) If it is transferable, is there any payment that the new employer has to make to my previous employer, or does my previous employer has the right to reimburse from my new employer or from me all the expenses they'd made for my old visa?
3) If they will cancel my visa & send me back home, am I entitled to any settlement pay?
If anybody can help me pls, your response will be deeply appreciated.
