So my rhyme needs changing instead !!

Before I can reach for the Flora,
This thread has been hijacked by Bora,
Five minutes ago,
That was not so,
In Dubai..... "Today" is "Tomorra" !!!!

by the way your last line is a syllable shorter than your first two.

Leaves a limerick still right on line,
But if these are long,
