Hello Members,
I want to rent a shop in Dubai for atleast 50 years. People have advised me to pay the key money to landlord and then you can have the property for as long as you like. Is this true about key money. If yes, will I have a legal tenancy contract with the landlord, since i require the contract to be produced in the court for forming my LLC Company.

Please help.

Your tenancy contract has nothing to do with key money. Key money something normally paid to a 3rd party agent.
