Is There Any Website To Check Any Company's Genuinity?

Is there any website, where i can type the name of an LLC company, to check whether the company is a fraud or a genuine one. Please help me with this information, as I am into discussions with one of the LLCs of Dubai, who wants me to pay good money, so I want to check about the company before making any payments.

All legitimate companies will have a trade licence. You should be able to track them via the relevant Ministry.

Or chamber of commerce. ADCCI for Abu Dhabi, DCCI for Dubai. But you might need to call them, I've failed miserably trying to find company names on the DCCI site (ADCCI is fine).
