How Do I Know If I Am Black Listed And How Do I Sort It Out

How do I know if I am black listed and how do i sort it out Jul 12, 2009
I left Dubai 7 years ago, I had a car financed by Osool finance company and I have not finished paying for it.
How do I find out if I am blacklisted and who do I contact to arrange a payment plan.
I don’t' live in Dubai now and haven't lived there for the whole time
