I recently bumped across this site for unblocking sites in UAE ! I thought it would be a great share here at Dubai Forums.

The guy seems determined to make new sites if this one gets blocked and therefore he has given an option for visitors to drop in their email , so that he can update them .

I know we can always use hotspot , but this could come to handy if hotspot is down or you are out some where .
