I picked this from a newspaper .

The author pointed out Hegel's philosophy of the State, his theory of history. Witch is in short states that every country has to go throw 3 stages witch are :Mrahlpalp absolute authoritarian followed by
The phase of the Absolute Democratic and finally
the third stage that is a mix of both but he disagreed saying that there are countries that are still in the 1st stage even though it is thousands of years old and others that did not go throw the 1st phase because they haven't been throw the Tyranny or the Chaotic stage but it lived in a moderated centrist stage ,and that the UAE is a good example as he said.

So what do you think ?

Yeah, I would agree with that. at the end of the day the UAE is still a VERY young nation.... being formed out of local tribes etc. The pressures of trouble and strife have obviously not affectd this country so there has been nothing to kick off about. The leadership gives it's people a certain degree of wealth and in return they get stability.

Kid: What was the story when the Maktoum family took over here many years ago. I believe blood was spilled then.
