1 Has to have a proven track record in design and construction of mid rise residential and commercial projects.
2 Involves all duties of design and site supervision duties.
3 Must possess excellent technical and organizational skills.
4 Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
5 Must be computer savvy.
6 Must have ability in making specialized presentations from time to time.
7 Must be able to prepare structural drawings.
8 Will be responsible to head a team of CAD operators for structural drawings
9 Will be required to visit sites often and lead a team of highly skilled professionals.
10. Must be able to discharge day to day administrative duties.
