Just wanna move about of my current flat and looking for a decent deal .... and hopefully without commissions and hidden payments ... prefer to deal with flat owners ...

thanks ... but i am told that entire area stinks coz of the sewage plant nearby ....

there are some clusters that are not affected... gotta start finding out which are the areas that are not stinking...

thinking of discovery gardens as well

There are always commisions and hidden charges in the form of service chages, chiller charges, security deposits etc etc !
