Experienced receptionist is required at a boutique publishing house, to support the team. As the front desk secretary you will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers. You must be well presented, professional, calm and extremely polite. Able to answer calls, take clear telephone messages, you will also be responsible for arranging appointments, organising couriers and deliveries and general office administration. You must be fluent in English written and spoken, IT savvy able to work in Outlook, Excel and Word. You must have accommodation and transportation organised. Visa and good salary offered. You must be in Dubai and ready for an immediate interview.

• Confirm appointments for staff and management
• Clean database
• Assist with marketing campaigns and sales promotions
• Register company on websites and directories
• Chase invoice payments
• Prepare and issue payment receipts
• Look after pantry and office equipment
• Order stationary and office supplies
• Assist company partners
• Assist with recruitment campaigns
• Get quotes for mangers (such as insurance quotes and other general quotations)
• Assist with visa and other legal documents
