Yes I have studios available at 35k multiple cheques. 40k is the average at the moment but there are quite a few for 35k e.t.c

35k - 40k - studios

55k - 65k - 1 beds

I also have 2 bedrooms available if anyone is interested? - they are rare in DG and only in certain places.
