well its a hot country so ice cream might be a good idea.
stick to these guild lines and you should be fine:

1) be unique dont offer the same thing they offer everywhere.
2) get a good location.

these are the key to success in any business .

You may want to look into providing fresh ice cream with fresh ingredients and flavors and also look at expanding your business to catering to restaurants and hotels for example.

Homemade icecream is what is missing currently. If you are just another baskin robbins, haggen daz, or ben & jerrys then I think it will be more difficult.
